MAJOR FOOT ACCESS PROBLEM ref 2022 ACO MAP

Don't know if anyone else has spotted this but the 2022 ACO circuit map shows NO MAISON BLANCHE entry this year!!!

This has all the signs of last weekends football cockup in PARIS.

It seems that everyone from Blue Sud, Blue Nord, Heronniere Parking, Blue Parking, Blue Annexe Parking and Blanc Parking areas are expected to go to the top of PARKING BLANC and go thro' Porte Annex.

This is the two in two out turnstyle entrance that is opposite the tunnel by the small ACO shop. This is incredibly narrow. I really hope they have dramatically increased the IN & OUT area or we will be queuing for hours - imagine what it will be like at the start of the race - strong chance those with Grandstand tickets won't get to their seats 'til after the start.

I REALLY HOPE THIS IS A "MISS COMMUNICATION" OR THIS IS GOING TO TO BE A PROBLEM !

I can’t see a logical reason why it won’t be open? Is it usually marked on the map each year?

MB is not available for the General Public any more. It is fully corporate now.

I'm sure there will be access, but because it is corporate, won't be shown as an entrance.

However, they have made the main gate pedestrian access only, so perhaps that's the new entry point for campers from "across the road"?

How long has it been corporate only? We’ve always used it from Porsche Curves but not been since 2018. We can use Karting entrance anyway if needed.

I asked Brian from 1st Tickets to check with his ACO contacts - his reply this morning "Sadly, its confirmed. The Maison Blanche entrance is not for pedestrians, but vehicles only. The nearest entrance is the Port Annexe at the top of Blanc parking opposite T21/T22. "

It's been moving that way since the Porsche Experience building went up, but this year is the first year it's been 100% corporate.

People come and go a so many different times it shouldn’t be an issue. The pinch points will obviously be before start and at end of race. Get in nice and early for start then job done. We always get to our seats 2/3 hours prior anyway to soak the atmosphere up.
