Afternoon all,

This year my son and I are embarking on a road trip to watch Le Mans travelling with Travel Destinations staying at their Glamping site on Porsche Curves. As it's our first 'road trip' for a few years, I was wondering if anyone could recommend any places to stop and eat on the journey from Folkstone to Le Mans?

If you Plan to use the old route by the D438 from south of Rouen, there's a great restaurant called Au Rendez Vous D'Chasse, maybe1 km after the start of the D438. Need to book when travelling for LM24.

I would always recommend Hotel Au Normandy in Sées, lovely food and setting and popular with Brits heading to Le Mans

A few years back we stoped in Yvetot after a recomendation on here and ate at a place called Le Six.

Also cuts out driving through the middle of Rouen, but then some people like that.
