Getting back into racing between the peages in hopefully more normal times and with a proper turnout won't be the same without some superb sticker work.

My efforts so far have been limited to stripes and quite basic efforts (photos to follow) and with the demise of 'Stickered4' are there any recommendations for high quality off the shelf or custom stickers which don't cost a fortune?

Our 2022 gang is in Nottingham if there are any local recommendations?

Yes I touched base with StickeredUp, they are hoping to release their 2022 range this month and said to keep an eye on their socials…….

I have also interacted with these guys, good customer service and come back promptly to answer any questions, kits seem reasonably priced too -

I must admit to being quite nervous about when it comes time to take them off…..

As long as your paint is in reasonable condition, clean and waxed and you remove the stickers on a sunny warm day you should be fine

I’ve found pouring very warm water over the stickers & using a hair dryer on them helps, as well as not trying to pull them off at a right angle to the panel face. If the paintwork is poor of course I.e. severely stone chipped, there’s a danger a large sticker could do some damage.

After all the build up I have to confess with being pretty disappointed with what was launched! I was expecting more in terms of car coverage, designs, colours - perhaps I was expecting too much.

Will keep shopping.

Stickered up's range of long bonnet stripes isn't as big as it used to be , I bought an Italian stripe one and converted the centre circle

bit to something else and it stayed on the car until it was scrapped .

No Italian stripe listed .

I saw one just the other day, along with French and a Union Jack version.

Ask them for specific content.
I've had all sorts made up in the past.
If the new owners have the printing kit, and they should have, then it should be possible.

They do an Italian stripe in the new chevron style and also do plain stripes in 295x1200mm or 2x145x1200mm

It's not immediately obvious but the sponsors, silly stuff, sunstrips and stripes are linked from a drop down menu at the top of the page...

I've found surprisingly little on this, but are numbers on the side of your car ok, legally? I've read that nobody knows anyone who has ever been pulled, but that it could cause issues with fussy insurers if you were unfortunate enough to have a crash whilst they are on.
