I vaguely remember a thread from a couple of years ago, but I can't find it now.

What's the chances of being able to cycle a complete lap of the circuit on Friday? I recall some guys were going to try to do it, but I can't remember whether they managed or not!

It might be possible most years - but not this year, as there is a compressed schedule and so track action on Friday.

Otherwise you can just cycle around most of it anyway as it's mostly open iirc

Let's hope this track action on the Friday doesn't catch on,surely there'll be too much resistance in the local area? Then again I bet the ACO are loving the fun cup entry fees

We tried the other year, can join track at TR and go all the way to almost the end of Porsche Curves, but then Heras fencing and a stern "non" from the security guys.

One of ours managed to run the track just after the race by starting the lap at Porsche curves, getting down start finish before the madness (just) and then the rest of the track was fine. Couldn't get near start finish but it's still a lap (just started and finished slightly wonky!)
