Can't access e-tickets

Hi,

Does anyone else have an issue where you can't see the "My Orders" section on the ticketing website. I log in as directed, I also then need to log on again and see a "My Account" (along with other menu options) but nothing for My Orders or ticket-related (except to buy more of the damn things).


The instructions say to look for the part of the screen where it says Hello and your first name, but I don't see that.

Tried Chrome on PC/Mac and Chrome on a PC - it's the same regardless.

I had the same problem. It seems like they have two websites online, both with account sections, but only one with tickets. You have to use this one: https://ticket.lemans.org/fr/24h-lemans

If you click on the link to buy tickets, then login to that page, you can then see your orders. Not sure if that is the same link as above, but it took me a while to remember this and always seemed a daft system of logging in and seeing nothing.
