I have bought 6 x camping tickets but only bought 1 entrance ticket per car as always buy entrance on the gate as its cheaper with no surcharge and they are never limited in numbers.

Now with this years changes can I purchase the extra entrance tickets I require? Cant get through to 1st tickets at the moment as they are closed.

It is stating that if you have other tickets then you can book entry tickets. I don’t know how they work this out though.. for example it says even if you just have a parking ticket you can get corresponding entry tickets. Can you say you were coming with 4 people and you get 4 entry tickets? Coming in a minibus, you get 9 tickets?

I would speak to ACO. Bearing in mind enquires that must be coming in, they were quick (couple of days) to get back to me and when I phoned it was easy to sort. This was the number I used and email.

I went through tickets 2u, got 2 camping pitches and 7 GE tickets in January, now we’ve got one more lad who can make the September date so phoned up and got another ge ticket. No problem if you’ve got a pitch but no more pitches for sale.

Just Tickets may have some as well, worth giving them a call.

I think the ACO were contacting agencies last week in order to understand the numbers of orders.

Yes, you'll be able to get the GE tickets you need through the agency who sold you the camping tickets.

T:here may be a limit on tickets with each grandstand (1) or camping (2) i am not sure, but those with i camping ticket requesting 9 race tickets may be disappointed.

I got an email from Brian - in it covered:
"Following the ACO’s announcement on 30th June we are able to sell our remaining general admission tickets, provided that the customer has already purchased camping or parking tickets either through ourselves, direct from the ACO or via another reseller."
I'm wondering is this an ACO rule, or a 1st ticket rule. I'll try calling Travel Destinations.

EDIT - I have now found I can buy GA tickets only via Tickets 4U if anyone needs them - Travel Destinations sent me to them.

I'm still of the opinion that 60 odd thousand people is no different to 150 odd thousand in terms of stopping a virus spreading - in fact anything more than a couple of thousand and you're pretty much screwed.
So this will either be closed down nearer the time, or we've all become immune and it has stopped spreading, in which case may as well let more people in.?!?!
