1st Tickets Website and emails are not working

Just to let you all know. We encountered a problem with our email system yesterday evening that meant we could no longer receive or send emails. This has also now caused a problem with our website so both are currently not available.

However, we are in the process of having key settings restored by our domain provider. Hopefully, this will be fixed later this afternoon.

I will post again once we know the restore has worked, so please bear with us as we get straight again.
