It's postponed!
Discussion
Looks like the company we have booked with aren’t offering refunds even if you can’t make the new dates (which we can’t)only a voucher which appears to be pointless in our case. Not got round to calling yet going to give it a few days to allow call volumes to die down.
Where do people stand legally if they want a refund not a credit note/voucher (so I know where I stand when I do call them). Thankfully it has been paid for on a credit card so that might be a route to go down if needs be.

The voucher does give you 2021 and 2022 Le Mans though if you can't make September

Got to wait to talk with MrsMB140 hopefully we might be able to rearrange stuff so we can go in September. If not then we will have to decide what we want. I just want to be armed with the facts beforehand.

It's an odd one isn't it really, like my insurance, they say no refunds on postponement, only if and when it's called a cancellation. but the original purchase was made on the understanding that the event takes place between two defined dates in June, not September.Where do people stand legally if they want a refund not a credit note/voucher (so I know where I stand when I do call them).
