What is "bleu"?

The last five years or so I've been camping in Bleu Sud. I'm still looking for tickets, and have come across one that says just plain old "bleu". What is this? I've never heard of it... Is it bleu parking? bleu camping? a kind of steak?

I'm looking for CAMPING Bleu, not the parking, so I guess this is not it...

I have the same tickets as shown. Reading the paperwork i have from A.C.O it says that there is a "bivouac" area in parking bleu. Just pay the supplement to the chap at the car park.
