you could always ask our neighbour - the ones he was letting off at 23:30 last night were certainly loud enough!

Being a good Yorkshireman, I will not be taking any fireworks but simply enjoying watching other peoples for free

I've seen that Maplins, the electronics store have a load of serious looking fireworks in their catalogue.

I got into a huge heap of trouble with Eurotunnel for trying to take fireworks aboard the Shuttle.
Be warned!!

As 'TypeR' mentioned, be careful when crossing..
Blurb from Ferry info:

>Passengers must declare all guns, inflammables, explosives, ammunition and other hazardous substances eg distress flares, fireworks, methylated spirits etc, at time of check-in and follow Company instruction regarding loading of such goods.

good luck!

Your far better of picking them up in France as it is a big no no to ship them across in your car ,also the french have alot laxerr laws as to what you can buy ie alot bigger than you can over here

So, does anyone actually know the address of a fireworks shop in Le Mans or the surrounding area? It's been established that it's not a great idea to try to transport these things in the tunnel or on a ferry so where can you buy them from?

We have never found any where to buy bangers in Frog.Have always taken our own and will this year! But, youmust be able to get them over there, so lets really try to sort a source in Le Mans and save trouble getting on the boat
