Is anyone camping at TECHNOPARC this year?

Never camped on this site before, what can we expect? Any regulars out there??
we were in there in '02 (i think) with airtrack. pretty good facilities and fairly quiet i seem to remember. quite a central location so you can walk to s/f straight or porsche curves without too much trouble - i remember it was a real slog back from tertre rouge though.
Cheers, don't mind the slog and we might actually get some sleep this year.......... we were with some Norwegians last year that didn't sleep!

we normally fall asleep at arnage! not sure how it's possible when you're only 10 feet from the track (alcohol i guess). certainly technoparc pretty relaxed. also, i think the entrance has a security post type thing which is manned all the time (in fact it's not obvious where the capsite is on first inspection) so you don't get too many pikies around. have fun - should be a great race with the astons/maseratis mixing it with the usual prancing horse and yank brigade in GT1. can't wait already.

You,ve put me about now with the security post - sounds like a gun tower!! More to the point we may have to be on our best behaviour (yawn)....

I'll be at Technoparc with about 20 other VX's..
last year we were at Basejour, so this isnt too far from there i think.
Handy as its in the middle, a pain as nowhere is close!!

What day are you arriving big si?? I suppose 20 VX's won't be hard to miss!!
We won't land until Thurs eve so If anyone is there earlier would really appreciate some square footage for the tent etc. (kindness paid in way of beer etc...).
i think i am on the 1400 speedferry on Thursday...
all 20 or so are not travelling down together, but in groups of about 4 or 5. last year we found large convoys hard to keep together as not everyone was in a rush, the weather was awful and its just too much of an attention grabber from the gendarmes.
