Cant remeber in my Drunken Haze and havent been in there for a few years now.
Is there power points at each plot or was it a couple atthe end of each row... Just planning whether to take the Genny for the beer chiller or not

TIA

Seem to recall the power points being up against the wall, well they certainly were last timeI look through the throngs of the big booking regions army of tents .
I'm sure if you ask nicely they might give some up. To be fair I used to pop across to charge the phone/camera etc with no trouble .

There is but make you get in early and that you have a long lead.

We didn't have much to power beyond phones and cameras so didn't plan anything, but decided to do some shoestrings and sellotape style, so we bought 2 indoor 25m extension leads from Carrefour (they didn't have any cable or anything longer than 3m for outside use) and using pen-knifes opened up the boxes and joined cables by twisting, then wrapped the joins in insulating tape over elastic bags for some attempt at water-proofing! Proper professional electricians us

Strangely none of us were prepared to have the sockets in our tent over night

This year if we can be bothered we might do something a little safer and worthwhile...

Also watch out as some of the sockets don't work, caught us (well me as I'd been drinking!) out for a while

I love the French logic of having the Electricty sockets right next to the water outlets

I'd imagine they do it specially for us Brits, probably done sensibly in other camp sites!

Indeed, reckon that's what put us off the idea of fitting it to ours tents!
