We seem to be heading down a day earlier than most people, but we have now booked on the speed ferries crossing at 11.15 on the 15th June.

Anyone else heading down on the 15th, or are most people driving the day after??

Same crossing as us.

Travel down from South Yorks on Tues 14th, overnight pitstop somewhere in Kent, then onwards to ferry terminal for 11.15.

I plan on travelling on the 15th too. Not decided which crossing to take yet though... best make my mind up quick before they get booked up I spose.

Shoes on the way down to Le Mans, do you know how much more booze you could have fitted in without them!

We're also on the same 11.15 Speedferries crossing. 3 or 4 PH'ers in the convoy.

Problem is I don't drink due to an allergy to alcohol. So shoes is the next best thing for a girlie.

Indeed, got it back after re-build last Friday.
Came back a bit cacky though, lots of sand and dirt in the cabin, one carpet missing.

Busy trying to put the initial 1000 miles on her back before pressing the loud pedal.

Tootling down the French coast for a couple of days before arriving at Houx on Friday morning.

Me and the rest of "Los Hermanos Mexicanos" are heading down late Weds night, taking the Tunnel, then heading through France.

Hope we dont run out of fuel (co-pilot in a Cerbie)!! Might have to stick some jerry cans in the support vehicle (Vectra)
