I know this is humourously far in advance, but as I can't make LM in 2005, I am going to make damn sure I get there for 2006!!

I have had a good look at all the how to book, where to stay, ferries over threads etc etc (!!!), but when are the tickets etc for 2006 going to be available!

Hope you guys can help!

I had booked our places in August this year for 2005, then confirmed around October time.

Now just counting the days!

Some ticket agencies (justtickets I think) allow you to "book" as soon as you get back, however they won't be for real tickets as they have to have their confirmation from the ACO of their allocation, at which point anyone over the allocation would go on a waiting list.

Generally the ticket agencies get a similar allocation year on year however, so if you book that early you should be pretty sorted

I left it pretty late last year, think it was as late as March. Still managed to get some tickets from the ACO website. There was loads of stuff on ebay tho, tickets and camp spaces.

I normally start thinking about it on the way home from the previous years race. If going with "Just Tickets" you need to contact them and get deposits paid by mid august .. start looking at ferry's november / december.
If you go the TVRCC route, get your order to the club by mid December / early Jan. start looking at ferry's soon after.
You could always wait until the last minute and see if anyone has any spare tickets .. people's misfortune may be in your favour...

Yep, I booked around July/August 04 for the 2005 event. The only thing is the dates sometimes move around until the ACO confirms them around November time. Can be a bugger when trying to book accommodation and ferries.
