Nice Chateau in Nth W France needed

Thinking of taking a couple of days break after the Le Mans trip to catch up on sleep and personal hygiene.

Can anyone recommend a nice place to stay for a couple of nights anywhere between Le Mans and Calais? Not too expensive.

Quite a few people seem to stop in Rouen, which is a fantastic looking city.

However, closer to Le Mans is Sées which has a beautiful church in the town centre, don't know about accomadation though, we ended up sleeping in the TVR!

Im camping at the Chat D Eporce about 10k from Le Mans which is supposed to be good, its my first time but looks very nice, they also do rooms/cottages etc. Good Luck, PS you can find details at callanderclassic.com also shows other chats they do I think.
