I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail until I emailed them and asked. Got it thru this morning.

I got mine without problems - I think they have been overwhelmed by Pistonheaders booking up on "the" ferry

Glad its not just me. I got a ref number but no email confirmation. I've mailed them this morning so hopefully it'll come through. I'm bound to lose the bit of paper I've written the reference on !

After I'd phoned them quoting my ref no. I recieved a confirmation vai email within minutes.
