I only managed a brief quirt to 160 .... and lots of 130's - 140's.

I have it on good authority that an Ultima Spyder did 180 and hit the rev limiter in 5th

Any advance on these ???????

An Aston and a Tuscan in our group both hit 175 allegedly. My GTR's not built yet so I was in the van
Amazingly both speedos read the same. Must be a first for a Tuscan (the speedo to be accurate).

Well our 78mph down hill with a tailwind in the 'Kon-tiki Lounge' MotorHome isn't going to impress anyone
Hello to everybody that came sailing past us, numerous times (due to your multiple fuel stops) and hope everyone who ground to a halt in Rouen made it back

Speechless!

180 top down, and got there so quickly. I made that 140 to 180 in 32s. Gulp.

Maybe these T-cars have something after all!

But it's digital footage.. and of course, its not real, I tampered with it and cleverly edited to make it look like that was on the way to Le Mans...

That's ok then, just didn't want anyone getting into trouble, but then again who's going to believe a TVR speedo anyway?

Andy, you stuck at 180, why....you yellow or what!

Seriously, OH MY GOD. That's a big velocity! And with the roof off.

Me, I'm way too chicken.

Top video! You must have been itching to get that posted on the web all week! Serious bragging stuff.

Lol...

I should have put the roof on and got a bit more.

It did feel like it was running out of puff though. I'm sure it might have got a few more mph, but far too slowly for my liking, and I think the nice long straight was running out for me.

Had to prise my hands off the wheel once we'd slowed down a bit. I'm sure the imprints from my grip are still there in the leather.

Managed a few blast to 160+ then a final assult on the LSR on the final leg from Reims to Calais with an indicated 192 MPH so maybe in fact "only" high 180,s,just ran out of road(clear)and bottle!!that kind of speed on only 2 lanes seemed rather fast!Anyway off to a 2 mile runway next month to see if i can hit the big 200.Can,t wait for next year as i may have the supercharger fitted(takes power from 550bhp to around 700bhp....LOVELY!).
