I am working all weekend so I would like to keep up with the race progress in the UK. Is Eurosport broadcasting the race or any web sites / radio stations. Info would be welcome.
Cheers

Go to autosport.com and click on Radio LeMans. You'll need real player too. Oh I hate not being there....

Nothing on teresterial TV. Disgraceful! F***ing football (who gives a flying toss if South Guatemala are playing Tibet?) all over the TV (England v Denmark is an exception however) but the greatest race in the world where British teams like Morgan, Bentley and MG are thrashing it out and not even a mention!
Approximately 100,000 British fans have gone to Le-Mans apparently! Can this be true?

I heard 'upto 80 000 Brits some years' on Eurosport. Sounds like a good way to make figures up. I've heard 30 000 other years

I'll phone and ask my Mum and Dad to have a quick count. Back in a sec...

They say that there are 40-50 people there watching the race, everyone else is queuing at the beer tents, funfare, ...

BTW I've written an email to the BBC Sport website feedback thing ('scuse the grammer, I'm from Lincolnshire) telling them that their coverage sucks. Any chance of everyone else doing the same? They might get the message by midday tomorrow.

Don't bother with the BBC, I don't think they do sport anymore. They only show Game Shows and benal documentaries about the cost to the NHS of lancing boils on the arse.

I put a tent up in the back garden last night, pulled the TV out of the patio door and drank beer all night watching the bulletins on Eurosport and listening to Radio Le Mans. It wasn't the same and I think the neighbours were getting pissed off by midnight.

Hi,

I'm stuck in Saudi Arabia, ('cause there ain't no work in the UK).
The upside to this was a south african sports channel (on satelite) that did full coverage. The big downer was that I have to work sat and sun. Still watched a bit.
Shame about MG.

The channel is SuperSport. Don't know if you can get it in the UK. They also show ITV coverage of F1 and the superbikes and the other (motogp? I'm not such a big fan of bikes) bikes.

Cheers
