I got a letter from ACO late April confirming my order of 8 grandstand tickets, and that they would be sent registered post. They haven't arrived. When did people receive them? How were they delivered (Royal Mail, Fedex)? What are the chances of me sorting anything out (i.e. picking them up there)? What phone number should I call, will they speak english? And most importantly what can we all do to make sure that this fiasco isn't repeated? ACO are clearly wits and should hand over the processing of tickets to someone with half a clue.
It probably says at the bottom of your letter "balance due within seven days"
I had to fax that letter back with my CC number on and the tickets arrived about 3 days later, Royal Mail special delivery.
Call the ACO on 00 33 243 40 24 75 or 00 33 243 40 24 77, and they should be able to arrange for you to collect the tickets when you get there.
