The glue is an absolute bugger to get off. I eventually got round to taking the pass out, but not the glue as yet, and i still have my Le Mans stripes adorning the bodywork!! They were only supposed to be for LM.

I have still got my Parade de Pilots sticker on from 2002, I have got a feeling if I wanted to take it off I would have some serious problems. Still looks as good as the day I put it on! These french, they make em to last!

PS. Considering the passes are the same every year with just the last digit of the year changing who's up for blagging a place in the parade next year.....!

I got a new windscreen fitted - much easier than trying to get the glue off!

Someone I went to LeMans with successfully used last years parking permit.
So I have carefully removed mine and filed it for next year.

That’s not sad that’s cheap skate.

I have realised how to use one ticket to get more than one car in, which may be useful. We won't be taking up any more camping, just having the ability to get about more easily when staying in a motorhome.

Yep sadder than a sad lazy thing me, haven't taken this years off and still have the twin glue stripes from last years one .
Removing the glue comes under the same dilema of 'clean it/drive it' every time .

Well mine's still on the Griff. Too lazy to spend valuable driving time cleaning it off!

For anyone struggling with getting old glue and bits of paper off the screen, oil of eucalyptus and a razor blade remove it in no time.

Still got mine. Still got the dust too. But it's on the top of loads of Autoglym-should come off easy.

Mate had 3yrs running on his 911. He nearly cried when he had to have a new windscreen.

The polish&wax brigade will kill me but there's nothing sexier then a car covered in dust and dead flies after being used. Kill bugs fast!
