Anyone got an idea about what has happened to petrol prices in France - Are they going up as steeply as they are here ?

Do I fill up in Bournemouth or Cherborg ?

I wish I could still get unleaded for 73.7 ! Last time I looked it was 79.9 at Tesco and that was a week ago.

dads just got back from frace and he was paying 1 euro a ltr over there

Got back from Brittany earlier today - family hol - and paid 1.14 yesterday for 95 and noticed the 98 was about 1.18 (Euros that is). Works out cheaper than UK Optimax!!


I had forgoten how good the roads are over there - roll on Thursday for the blat to Le Mans

Last Tuesday in Gibralter it was 79cents a litre! If I wasn't leaving for LM on Wednesday I'd be doing 5mph on the M25! Martin.

The best I saw in recent times was 1.10 €/liter for 95 unleaded.
