Guys,

I read in the daily mail this morning about the planned petrol protests next Wednesday. For those North/East of London they are targeting the Dartford bridge with slow moving lorries on the Wednesday.

Just a heads up, I'm sure someone will know more and the likelihood of whether it will happen on PH...if so please shout.

Alan.

Oh good, I'm collecting my friend from near'ish to the Dartford tunnel on Wednesday night! Deep joy.

Could they not do it after Wednesday - I don't care what happens after that - it'd be a real shame if I couldn't get back to work.....

i expect to be crossing the Dartford Bridge about 8pm on wednesday heading for the tunnel. as long as i can get to the tunnel for thursday morning i won't mind. they can block the road all day. good luck i support their attempts to reduce our scandilous fuel prices.

I guess the obvious reason for it not affecting him is that he can't get into the boot for his spare fuses .

D'ya think we could incite mass port blocking on either side of the channel so that we can't get back from le mans?? Dreadfully sorry mr boss, I've had to pitch the tent in france for another week

I hope I have enough for that journey. If not I'll just push it to the docks!

But according to the guy at the Shell petrol station last night Shell are putting up the price of Optimax to £1.00 per litre at the weekend.

Well thats the shell garage in Manchester anyways.
