now that its just a week before I leave the excitement is starting to build. Lots of bits still to do and currently TVR-less as its with the mechanic for quite a few more jobs Just hope its back in time otherwise I will be in the Rover
Le Mans PH livery is applied and you'll see from my profile that even the headlight converters are already on

In 2001, less than 48 hours before my departure I had a handful of bent pushrods and an equal number of completely trashed roller rockers... DHL was my friend, I drove to the airport myself to pick up the package with parts and push it through customs... Don't give up!
(Now I need to find out why one of my brand new radiator fans stopped working...)

Bent pushrods etc? Jayses!
I thought I had it tough when after getting the car packed by 2am I realised that all my clothes were in the wash so had to wash, dry and pack them. Finally got to bed at 4am and then got up at 4:45 to get the ferry!
This year its going to be different....I wont even bother going to bed!
(Actually, I think I'll pack the car this weekend and then leave it in the garage all ready to rock on Thursday morning )

Adam, you coming around wednesday evening mate?
I am supposed to be meeting my lot at TGIs but I was thinking I might have to pop up to yours to say " " first.
Its a bit too early for me to be making any set plans yet so I'll call you next wednesday!
Hope the Chim gets sorted, if not dont worry. This is my first Le Mans in a TVR and they have all been good without it (even the first ever one in a 1.8 Carlton!)
