Help Needed - It Could Be All Change!
Discussion
Folks.
Running your own business has it's ups and downs.
Having waited for 12 months with the Cerbera to do the Le Mans run, I am now
hearing I may not be able to go for the week as my best music client might
be needing my services.
Bottom line is, at this very, very late stage, it might be that we have to fly over
on the day and back right after the race.
Anyone know of any UK - Le Mans air packages that have seats at this 11th hour?
If not - it might be the TV for me.

eastern airways fly direct from stansted to le mans but I doubt they'll have anything but worth a call to 01652 680 600. Otherwise I suspect it will be through paris cdg and that will mean going out on friday otherwise you'll miss the start. Getting back will be on monday otherwise you'll miss the finish!! Good luck

Graham, you could always do whatwe're doing.....
Go to work on Friday (too many people already have day booked off), work the "early" shift, so home. Get a fe whours sleep, get up before the sun does & head towards Dover. Catch train/boat/seacat (delete as appropriate) & "race" to Le Mans in time for breakfast. Spend Saturday driking as much 1664/Stella as your wallet can take well into the night. Get a few hours kip & wake up with a hangover from h3ll not being helped by the DA*N Panoz's thundering past. Spend rest of day sobering up & getting ready for driving again. At 14:00, get the car packed & take the cool box (with coke in cool bag) to track & wait for 16:00. Then as the lead car crosses the line, RUN back to the car & head for Calais ASAP..... ANd your home in time to get into work on Monday !
Not a perfect solution, but better than not going at all !
