Due to some over zealous chasing around to ensure we got our allocation, we seem to have ended up with three camping tickets too many for Maison Blanche.

Cost price of £53.75 plus postage.

A friend of mine has told me they have two spare tickets for Camping Du Houx. They got these originally but they ARE NOT ADJACENT.

They have now got two together so these two are available at 75 Euros or £53.75 each. One is on Bloc 22, the other on Bloc 32.

Pants! just emailed you but cannot access msn via work, so my question was, do you know what the facilties are in houx vs houx annexe, in particular is there power for each pitch?

Here's the reply I emailed to you Rosso Rebel:

Camping Du Houx is (as far as I am aware) the only Campsite with proper facilities that the ACO provide. All the others, Including Houx Annexe, are referred to as Lay-Bys.

Houx has electrical hooks ups available to all pitches (although you may need a long lead). There is a proper toilet/shower block too (other sites have portable units shipped in for the weekend.

The main thing about Camping Du Houx is that you have your own, numbered, guaranteed pitch. So whenever you turn up you know you have a camping area. The Lay-Bys are a first come first served affair so depending on when you arrive you may find it hard/impossible to get a decent space.

I hope this helps.

It certainly does - I'm very interested in the remaining ticket, but need to speak to the 'other half' would you mind if I confirmed 100% either way tonight?
