Below are the results from last weekends prequalifying.

As a guide, on the 8.5 mile circuit 3 mins 30 seconds is a quick lap.

Of special interest in 5th place - the MG is very impressive and will seriously be worring for the LMP900 class because not only are they right on the pace but I believe they can run longer on their tyres and fuel (correct me if I'm wrong...)

yep, MG is well impressive as a 675...Bentley less so as it would need to be quicker than the Audi's to stand a chance, what with narrower tyres etc!

Prodrive 550 is easily at the top of GTS class, also very impressive (given very well developed Vipers, Vette and Saleen)...Morgan less so at bottom of all qualifiers, but who knows with a bit of plodding and no problems??

Just imagine where a Tuscan R or Speed 12 could have been.

Are only 50 cars allowed in the race this year ... and will Morgan get cut at this point ?

Looks like the two film cars are keeping up to speed. What would happen if one of them won?

We'd have to invite little Perry McCarthy around to the campsite for a drink if he did.

With the filming, does that mean they will be filming the Parade d'Pilotes this year? Enter 'Dom' climbing on the cars....

I think bodders is goint to be upset that
'prat McCarthy' will not only be racing but be a film
star too...

Don't think Dom's going this year but it would have made a good venue for his stag party...
