Great job from Jota
Car seemingly ran well in warm up to
Dumb error from De Vries, really poor mistake
The Lexus driver was the dumbest there. 80% Lexus 20% Toyota IMHOCar seemingly ran well in warm up to
Dumb error from De Vries, really poor mistake

Not quite sure I'd put the blame that extreme, maybe 60/40 for me. I have no idea what the Lexus was up to - braking on the apex of a corner is just asking for trouble.
Don't forget it is the reasonability of the higher class car drivers to pass safely.airbusA346 said:

When someone hits the brakes in a place that never happens, it's a stupid thing to do without first checking the mirrors to see no one is behind you.Racing relies on people driving in a predictable way, even Ant Davidson said he would likely have been caught out by that.
Nick looking down to make a change was just an unlucky coincidence, he was doing that in a place where you would never expect the driver in front to hit the brakes.
You guys are being very harsh on Nick there, many drivers would have hit the Lexus in the same circumstances.

We'll see what the stewards say, but in my opinion that is mainly De Vries fault.Racing relies on people driving in a predictable way, even Ant Davidson said he would likely have been caught out by that.

Yes, Ant does know about being caught out like that…Racing relies on people driving in a predictable way, even Ant Davidson said he would likely have been caught out by that.

Thanks for the link, wouldn’t have found that by accident!
Bonus points for the documents being in the wrong order, and how does Decision 122 end up on Document 105?

I think I might be asking too much, but does anyone know of a timing page that will just be the important data? I can't stand the official timing with huge graphics and spacing to make it look pretty.. just give me dense text so I can see most of the field on one page!
I don't know of one. There used to be Timing 71, but the FIA/ACO stopped them from accessing the raw data.airbusA346 said:
