A question for you guys at the circuit.
Any news on the repairability of the Jota Porsche ? That was a hefty accident and the front right looked a bit of a mess. Obviously with LM regs you can’t just pull a spare out of the back of the truck if the tub is punctured/otherwise damaged.
I’m thinking back to previous practice accidents that have caused cars to be withdrawn from the race - such as the IDEC Sport LMP2 car a few years back.
Just hoping this isn’t the case here….

D Station and Tower Motorsports did last year after their cars were destroyed in qualifying (starting for the back of the grid)
I like the underdog so hoping for at least one BMW, Caddy or Alpine on the podium, but I reckon it will the Toyotas, Ferraris, and Porsches.
I would love to see a Peugeots up there too, but unless it rains the whole race they will be midfield at best.
UK times for today's track action
2pm - Free Practice 3
7pm - Hyperpole
7.35pm - Hyperpole ceremony
9pm - Free Practice 4

Good point, I stand corrected !D Station and Tower Motorsports did last year after their cars were destroyed in qualifying (starting for the back of the grid)
Incidentally, if Sunday’s (wet, wet) weather forecast is to be believed, I wouldn’t discount the Peugeots just yet. Unless sticking a wing on it has reduced its wet-weather capabilities (mysterious things are racing cars….)

Note how utterly useless the flag marshal is afterwards

Jota have asked for dispensation to have a shakedown run tomorrow, so no chance they're in Hyperpole this evening
