Toyota *have* swapped in Buemi. It's the right choice as he only has 2 strikes for track limits and the other guy (forgive me for forgetting his name) was on the cusp of a penalty.
Brendon Hartley.

Who is a decent driver but, in all fairness, Buemi is better.

Even with RainX coating then, yes, I would say so. And I say that as a TVR owner whose wipers decided to knit themselves together in heavy rain on a dual carriageway one time. Was scary. eek
hehe I love that visual

Yes, it is for sure a funny visual. But also it is an accurate description. biggrin

It was on my old Chimaera 500 and one wiper somehow got out of alignment and the two wipers literally knitted together and locked. Like crossing your fingers.

Thank you. I undoubtedly did.

I did apologise for forgetting his name.

You'd think that with those credentials he could stay within track limits then. biggrin

I had a list of things to do today but I've done bugger all because I've been sat and watched the race since about 8am biggrin

I know the BoP rules are controversial but this is great fun.

I'm loving how close this race is but I think I will miss the formation finishes we used to get, with the marshals waving all the flags on the last lap...

You know, it occurs to me, as we watched a cameraman following that lady through the pits with the camera breathing down her neck (metaphorically), that I would not react well to such a thing.

Thank goodness I work from home most of the time. I don't really do "people". biggrin

Just seeing a glimpse of Richard Hammond with daughter Izzy and thinking how wonderful it is that she decided she was into motorsport independent of him, and she's the reason they are there, and he has stated he is doing everything in his power to help her,

That's a cool dad.
