Anyone have a Simpson & Partner charger and on IOG?

We've got a S&P basic home charger and have been on IOG for a year or so now. No problems at all throughout that time frame.
Yesterday, our cars did not charge at all and the same overnight and into this morning. Phoned up S&P and the chap said Octopus are updating things in the background which has led to this problem, he said hundreds of customers have phoned within the past 48 hours to report the issue. They're liaising with Octopus to get this fixed.
He reset my home charger so I'm charging via the S&P app with a schedule on for the next few nights. I've also disconnected my home charger device from the Octopus app and will try to reconnect in a few days time.
Anyone else with the same charger/tariff and have this issue?

I don't know if it's related, but IOG are pushing to control the car, not the charger. So if both your car and charger are supported, they may have dropped your charger control and you'll find it trying to set schedules on the car instead?
If that sounds like a symptom you have, you can call/email Octopus and ask to have charger control option added back into the devices bit of the app.
