Peugeot e208 Heater issue

My wife has a 2020 Peugeot e208 and the heater has recently stopped working. I checked the fuses and all are good and so research suggests it is something to do with the PTC Heater.
It is booked in tomorrow for a service anyway and we have asked them to look into this. According to ChatGPT, if it is this part then it should be covered under the 8 year/100K mile EV warranty. The dealer is charging us £144 for the diagnosis which is of course refundable if it transpires the warranty covers it.
I just wondered whether any one else had faced this issue and what the outcome was?
