Hive charger offline

Tried to charge my car today and my Hive/British gas charger says it's offline. Trouble shooting says to turn it off and on again which hasn't worked. Anyone else had similar issues? Tried to call the helpline to find out they're only available during office hours. Luckily I don't need to go anywhere tomorrow but it's a bit of a pain

Restart your router, then cycle the charger again.

Happens to all of them from time to time with typical WiFi
