I have a vuaxhall combo e. Its lovely to drive, however even though the book says 170 miles of range, i'd be lucky to get 100M.

I don't drive like a teenager anymore, is it a case that the AC drains the battery more than or and the battery having problems. Is there an way to check the health of and battery.

Sounds about right how much weight you're carrying? It will get better as it gets warmer, there's nothing wrong with it this is the reality.

Seems to say that you're in the ballpark.
Range goes down noticeably in the cold and wet. Extra drag in the wet is a thing that isnt often mentioned but has a significant impact

The official quoted WLTP range is at an average of 29mph in 23 degrees C weather. (Not Vauxhall's choice, this is the official test cycle).

Drive any faster than 29mph average and/or use the heating in the winter and the range will be much less (aero drag increases steeply with speed, and heating the cabin can take a definite chunk).

This is why I refer to WLTP as Whopping Lies Told to Punters, it bears no relationship to reality.
