So frustrated- 20 mins on hold, can’t get the charger cable out of the machine, don’t want to drive off and leave my cable attached to the machine.
Instead of admitting they have a problem, I was just told over and over that everyone is busy and to call back in half an hour. Then they hung up on me - it’s just not good enough . . .
Why can they simply say ‘ our system is down, we’ll let you know when it’s working again ‘. That way at least I can go and get a coffee. I’ve already overstayed the car park so will get fined for that and missed my next meeting - USELESS.
Anyone else experiencing similar ??

You don't say what situation you're charging in.

I think there are potentially two options - one to call Clenergy themselves who should be able to remotely unlock the cable (if they ever pick up the phone). However the organisation which is 'hosting' the charge point (institution, shopping centre, work, whatever) should also be able to log in and unlock it for you. So you could try and contact the 'landowner' to see if they can help.

Thanks, I got through to them eventually but wasted 2 hours on hold and trying to get through - they should have had a message on the line saying something like ‘ we can’t answer calls for an hour ‘ at lest then I could have made alternative arrangements - their attitude was shocking to be honest.
