Problems with Ovo Anytime since v2.0.0 released?

As the title really, has anyone had issues with the Ovo Anytime not updating and therefore recognising when a car is charging?
It was working fine for the last 6 months or so and then just stopped when it updated to 2.0.0. It seems stuck in time, saying last updated yesterday morning. Emailed Ovo helpdesk but they've not responded yet.
On the bright side, the Ovo tariff has dropped down to 25.48 p/kWh, so I'm not missing out on quite as much saving as I would have been!
