Special Genesis Feature - Really !

I’m really interested in Genesis electrified for my wife’s next car but they have no clue how to sell or even spec them.
They use a call handling service for enquiries so you need to wait for a reply for any questions.
Most have 19 inch wheels that look lost in the arches and they sell options in packs but I’m at a loss to find out what’s in a pack.

Not sure who you are trying to contact as they do not use a call handling service, but rather you get through to one person who will guide you through the whole process, and if you buy will stay with you through delivery (if local enough, else they may change (as happened to me)) and will be your point of contact for servicing and if you have any issues.
On the forged real wood - can't comment on that, perhaps forged real is actually fake

G80 (Saloon) or GV80 (super sized SUV) ? - just looked at the configurator to see if everything is there (with the GV60 it was broken a couple of months back) and the electrified GV80 does not yet seem to be available. On the G80 Electrified the packs are fully covered on there (though caveat if you are looking at 2022 stock, there could be changes ... - GV60 there were no changes aside from the better seats becoming standard).
GV60 has had a few revisions.
Comfort pack became standard (with a price increase), and they added the facial recognition \ digital key.
They also removed Sao Paulo Lime from the colour choices!
