Recommendations for EV specialists?

Having an issue with my recently purchased (but 10 year old) Citroen C Zero. Details here if anyone wants to take a stab at solving the problem!

Am in Hampshire, near Southampton/Winchester. Anyone got recommendations where could take the car. I'd rather avoid actual Citroen garage if possible just because of likely high prices for diagnostics.
