I can hear the mob with pitchforks incoming...EV and cute GRRRR, but not cute in the cool techno way that a Honda E is, sort of a mish mash of Mini, Fiat 500, Beetle and Porsche going on, and its got a silly name, its not really a blokes car is it ?

I dont mind it, wouldn't buy one as I am not the target market, its more whether the target market likes it that matters.

32k is a chunk of cash but its what cars cost these days, a base petrol Polo is 20 grand, cheapest ID3 is 36. But it will be cheap to run.

I would have though maybe 37k really to compete head on with the MG4, but I think its aiming a little higher upmarket.

Maybe they will do an Angry Dog version for us chaps, maybe a Grumpy Badger, a Perturbed Ocelot sports car, any other suggestions ? Aroused Baboon BMW X6 competitor SUV ?

The annoyance to most people has been they expected this to be somewhat similar value to the MG electric cars (circa £24k when first released), but instead is a £30+ car from a brand no one is really bought into.

About $28,000 when sold in China, so there seems to be a markup and tax pushing nearly 50% on the sterling price!
