Intelligent octopus tariff

Hi all.

I'm on 'Flexible Octopus' a normal Economy 7 tariff at the moment, and have recently purchased an I Pace. I'm getting a Pod Point fitted on the 12th of April (just using the granny charger at the moment)

Do I have to have had the charger installed before I join intelligent? I've tried the online form, filled in the car make, and model, wether or not I have a charger/the make. Also, if I have a smart phone. If I submit, the form just goes back to the beginning. Or are they limiting numbers to join this tariff? I've sent them an email 3 days a go, but no reply so far..

You need a smart meter to sign up.
You can choose option to say no charger yet.

I think we have a SMET2 metre installed recently,

Ah thank you. I shall give it another go now.

I think I'll have to speak to someone, they're trying to switch me to an interim flexible octopus, but I'm already on that, also trying to get a smart meter fitted, when I have one too..
