Which charger with solar?
Discussion
I went with the Zappi due to it's integration with solar (and in my case battery as well). However I will add the batteries and inverters are currently been fitted with the solar due in the next month or so and so far I've only used it on my friends cars as mine hasn't arrived yet.
My friend (electrician) who has done the install did alot of research before installing the system and thinks this is best set up for my use.

I emailed myenergi about the connectivity this morning.
In 5 minutes I got a reply stating the it would work fine without internet conx, all functions available via the unit's menu. Also there is an ethernet port on the charger for connection if preferred to wifi.
My Zappi is connected using ethernet. WiFi is an option but as I have an ethernet switch behind the wall that the Zappi is on, I went with wired network. In 5 minutes I got a reply stating the it would work fine without internet conx, all functions available via the unit's menu.
