My evezy model 3 SR+ was delivered today, really happy with it.

I'm having trouble charging at home though.

I had a EO mini installed a few weeks ago and I've come to charge it tonight and the light on the unit pulses greens manual says it's negotiating with the car, but it never gets past this stage so doesn't charge.

It can only be the cable or the unit, unit isn't reporting any faults.

Is there anyone in South Manchester/Warrington area with a cable I can borrow for a few minutes to see if it's the cable that's at fault?

I don't know what to do here, with it being weekend and all.

Many thanks

Have you made sure the connections on everything are clean?

I've had a few charging refusals with the i3 at home and always been down to some dust/fluff getting into the ends of the cable.

ETA - A few very recent posts on the below forum suggest possible compatibility issues with the EO Mini and the Model 3. frown

I’ve had a few issues with my charge point.

Some have been the car, others have been cleared by turning the power off to the charge point, leaving it 10 minutes and then switching it back on.

In time honoured fashion, have you tried turning it off and on again?!

Definitely get in touch with EO. Good chance it's a relatively simple fix or it's a tolerance issue.

Small update. I contacted EO support and their CEO has contacted me about arranging for a replacement home charger due to some technical issue with a small batch of chargers refusing to work with the model 3.
