Does anyone know any good lease deals right now on the new BMW i3, the one with the bigger battery?

Yep try https://www.drive-electric.co.uk/search/?brand=BMW...

I've just had an I3S REX from them.

Thanks, how much did you end up paying?

PCH to 33 months 6 upfront, ~£370pm, 10k pa. Worth calling to get a better quote and I would do duration under 3 years so in warranty.

That's not bad - a good spec?

I3S + Rex, Loft, Harman Kardon, PDC, Metallic. Gets 20" alloys, LCI had Pro Nav etc. They've stopped selling REX so I had to chose from what has been built.

Also includes RFL - watch this for the over £40k list as its a stinger.

to put that into context - we pay £465 a month PCP on our i3REX which we bought new in 2017 with a £9k balloon after 4 years

Although we can do 20k miles a year on that.

That seems fantastic. If I needed an EV I'd be all over that.

I would say its good for a short term. Its an app based unlock job.

But - you can keep it for as long as you like I take it? Any guarantees on condition do you know?

You need to read T&Cs carefully, theres a few user restrictions + excess is high. Good idea and will probably be the way a lot of people drive in the future.

Read the privacy policy for that service FIRST, so you are fully informed. Here is an excerpt:

Telematics/tracking is no different to any vehicle on hire. The last loaner I had had a dashcam set in a tamper proof box at the top of the windscreen.

Never heard of a dashcam in a hire care before. Or trackers that are actively monitored come to think of it.

They also say they will only use this if there is an incident reported. It's exactly what loads of car hire companies do and car share schemes. It will be the insurer insisting on that.

Exactly. I suspect it is because insurance is included: if you are worried about this sort of thing EVEZY is not the setup for you.
