chargemaster since BP

Has anyone else noticed a much slower time to repair faulty fast chargers owned by Chargemaster ?

I was caught out just after Christmas with 2 of their units in Cheltenham being completely US and then geniepoint had two which were also faulty again in Cheltneham/Gloucester.

I looked today and the Cheltenham chargemaster ones are still faulty ! I wonder if something has changed since they have become BP?

I've seen some previously good CYC ones decimated... In general though I think the rapid charger dependability has gone down noticeably in some areas, despite some other areas seemingly gain loads more new ones.
