Chargers and used EVs

Couple of dumb EV newbie questions:

1. Are there still grants available for installation of a home charging point if you buy a second hand EV? Don't know if this is ever included as a 'perk' when buying used (in the same way that free car mats used to be a thing!!! )?

2. I'm thinking about a 3(ish) year old Zoe or Leaf - would you ever buy from outside the dealer network at this age?

Not fussed about owning it outright, happy with a contract of some sort and quite content to keep the car for 2-3 years. If anyone can point me in the direction of some cracking deals that would be equally appreciated!

Get an app that works for showing battery capacity.

Avoid battery rental imo.
