Interesting - DP went and built their own EV delivery van, (80 km range) for urban deliveries, it seems because the main stream manufacturers, by needing to be all things to all people (= range anxiety) weren't competitive.

For locall/ last mile deliveries from depots, makes a lot of sense. Why pay for & carry large battery packs if range not needed.

(thought of this because of the many posts here saying 'not enough range for EV to replace ICE for me - here's a case where EV take up is high, with deliberately low range)

Horses for courses!

That looks very expensive for what it does, they could get a Nissan E-NV200 for almost half the cost that has similar carrying capacity and a bigger battery and range and looks a whole lot better...

I'd agree - 40,000 Euros is madness for those specs.

Edit to add - Seems they are selling well despite the prices.

Since they set up the company I don't suppose they pay anything like that per unit?
