Leaf battery refurbishing

I'm sure that a few months ago I read something about EV (and particularly Leaf) batteries being refurbished or rebuilt. I've tried finding info online but I'm struggling.
Can anyone point me in the right direction or did I dream it?

I would think that replacement batteries on the Leaf would still be under warranty as I thought they were 8 years ?

It wasn't, but thanks. Further investigation has lead me to believe that knackered batteries are not something I should be worrying about anyway.

Phase 2 batteries seem pretty reliable. There are people having problems with the pre-2013 cars.
