Could anyone advise what level of Gap insurance would be suitable to cover a Leaf Tekna over 2 years?
I've got a good quote from ALA but there is a max claim limit of 10k, is this level of cover sufficient?

Cheers

Is it likely that the insurance would pay out more than 10k less than your liability in the event of the car being written off? If so, it's not enough. Sounds plenty to me though. Did you put down a big deposit?

Don't also forget that for the first 12 months insurance in most cases covers invoice cost or replacement - like aviva

Thanks for the advice.

I'm aware that Aviva cover the car in year one. Trouble is no one sells GAP so it would seem just to cover year two..

I got a policy from gapinsurance.co.uk for a year. Used my Aviva policy for year one. £65.
