Really interested in i3 as company car through limited company.
However, business lease on new 2017 one c. £36,000 is around £300 ex vat p/m
But, could buy 2016 model for less than £20,000 with low miles.

Which is better option....?

I've just bought a Jan16 registered ex-demo BEV, with just 520miles on the clock for a smidge over £16.5k

Only you can work out if it's better to spend say £18k now, or pay much smaller lease deal every month (but of course, that ties you in)

That sounds an excellent deal - I've only seen online 2014 cars at that level.

Was it hard to get the price down to that level?

Principle corporate tax advantage (100% write off) only applies to new, not used
