LPG cuts out - Software to diagnose?

I have an LPG system (BRC MY07) and recently it has been cutting out.

Driving along the motorway at a gentle cruise, tank half full, and suddenly it switches back to petrol and beeps an error. Turning it off, waiting 1 min and then restarting it will get it working again.

Happens every few journeys.

Any thoughts on why this is happening? It has started since I filled up at place I hadn't used before (coincidence?)

I've been thinking of buying a USB cable and connecting it to a laptop:

I presume that this will allow me to retreive diagnostic codes - but will they be of any use in working out what is going wrong?
