2003 chrysler grand voyager 2.5 crd

Hi all I HELP NEEDED have a 2003 grand voyager 2.5 crd. The car will cut out when coming to a stop or if the rpm drop Below 1000, computer said cam shaft or crankshaft sensor I have changed both and still cutting out, on motorways ect it flys, when it cuts out it will start again then sometimes it won't start for a few minutes, any ideas ?
